Before you book, the usual questions
Do I pay the hotel or pay Zanzibar in One?
You pay us once for the whole trip. We hold the booking with each hotel, tour operator and driver, then send you one confirmation with every reference number on it. You never juggle four different payment links.
Are your prices higher than booking the hotel directly?
No. We buy at contracted rates and sell at published guest rates, so a room usually costs the same or less than the hotel website, and the tours and transfers around it are already priced in.
Who am I chatting with on the site?
Our own team in Zanzibar, not a property front desk and not a bot. Ask about sea conditions in Paje, whether a resort suits a toddler, or how long the drive from the airport really takes at 4pm.
Can I book only a transfer, or only a tour?
Yes. Nothing is bundled. Book a single airport pickup, a single Safari Blue seat, or a full ten day trip. The cart just holds whatever you choose.
